Compnay Quality Policy

The company is committed to providing administration services to the Australian Government, delivering a "whole of business" approach, combining information technology and business process functions together in an efficient and cost effective way, supplying its customers with the highest quality services, at all times complying with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO9001:2008, as the company's minimum quality system requirement.

This commitment to quality is held by the company's two directors, and is passed on to their employees and customers by middle management, who are in turn employed on their experience and commitment to the highest quality standards. The Management of Forms Administration strives for continuous improvement and encourages it staff to achieve excellence in both our product quality and customer service.

Involvement in the quality system covers all employees at all levels throughout the organisation to ensure that customer satisfaction is guaranteed. The quality system is implemented by the Managing Director, who works with a dedicated Quality Manager. Staff are inducted into the importance of the quality system compliance. Quality objective of the organisation are set yearly and reviewed on a continual basis at Management Review Meetings.

Forms Administration shall provide resources to meet statutory and regulatory requirements of the company and the community in which we operate.

The procedural and management systems are fully documented in the Company's Procedure and Work Instruction Manual.
